Reference Binding

This service is designed to extend the useful life of valuable or rare books that are likely to need a strong, long-lasting binding.

Our bindings will keep secure large and weighty books and are made to withstand heavy usage .

As standard books are bound using library buckram, but we can use other cloths and leathers if requested. All books rebound can still be easily referenced and photocopied.

Pockets can be added on the inside back board to house loose inserts, folded maps or CDs.

Folded charts and maps will be refolded before rebinding and plates remounted on guards if necessary.

Security triggers and barcodes can be added to books before returning them to you.
