We will provide you with:
- Access to a 24 hour telephone advice line
- Priority access to Riley Dunn & Wilson services in the event of a disaster
- Rapid response teams of trained staff
- On-site assessment immediately following any fire, flood or explosive disaster
- Salvage recommendations and estimated costs
- Sorting, listing and stabilisation of damaged material
- Provide arrangements for recovery and transportation of damaged material
- Organisation of deep freeze and freeze drying facilities
- Preferential treatment to carryout any restoration treatment
If requested, a member of our team can visit your premises before you suffer a disaster to advise on how to store items and minimise the risk of any damage should you be affected by a fire or flood.
We can also liaise with your insurance company and loss adjuster should the worst happen.
