Jeremy Mills’ profile continued...

After leaving school, Jeremy sat a Higher Diploma in Printing Technology (TEC) at Watford College before joining W.S. Cowell, the international book printers as a Management Trainee. He worked in various roles, mainly involved in book publishing and production before studying for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Durham University, specialising in marketing, strategy and strategic finance. After completion of the MBA and a Diploma in Marketing in 1991 he joined the Charlesworth Group as Sales and Marketing Director responsible for strategic development. He founded their electronic publishing division and was responsible for achieving a Queen's Award for Export Achievement in 1997.

After leaving to develop his own business interests in 2001, Jeremy worked in strategic development roles for overseas companies in the USA and India as well as becoming Course Director for the Book and Journal Production Courses at the UK's Publishing Training Centre. He also in 2004 founded his own publishing company specialising in using modern digital technologies and internet sales for non fiction book titles. He still fulfils the role of Publisher at this fast growing business, which was incorporated into the Riley Dunn & Wilson Group of Companies in May 2009. He continues to fulfil the Course Director role at the Publishing Training Centre and more recently has developed and taught the popular, new Digital and On-Demand Book Production course.

Jeremy is married with three children and in his spare time enjoys sports including tennis, racketball, squash, golf and running.
