Edition binding

• Do pages need collating?
• Are there any inserted pages?
• Type of cover-printed paper case (supplied/not) or cloth
• Type of cloth
• Laminating
• Board thickness
• Trimmed or untrimmed and size
• Book block to be sewn or glued
• Spine type-round and backed/square backed
• End papers supplied/or to be provided by us
• Foil blocking-size of block, colour of foil
